AI workshops.
Prototyping.
Production.

We teach teams to work with AI, build working prototypes, and run the pipelines and agents that make your content every day.

Hands-on AI workshops

Your team stops watching demos and starts making things.

How a content session runs

One example session: a content workshop that starts from a brand brief and ends with the team making their own.
  1. The landscape

What AI can do right now for image, video and vibe coding, and where it still falls short.

  2. Live demo

We build a few short assets in front of you, narrating every decision, retry and fix.

  3. Teams make their own

Small teams remix the work on a brand brief, with facilitators beside them. Mixed skill levels are the norm.

  4. Wrap-up

Where these methods fit your team, your tools and your approval process.

You choose the focus

  • Agents

Learn to work with Claude, agents and orchestrators, and connect them to the tools your team already uses. Our orchestrator kit is free on GitHub.

  • Content

Make images, storyboards, video and prototype apps with AI, start to finish, in a single session.

  • Skills and tools

Create reusable skills and simple tools, and learn how to share them so the whole team works from the same playbook.

What participants say

“The Hack-AI-thon was a fascinating experience on how to collaborate with an augmented team member and client in every step of the creative process.”
Olli Tähtinen, Adventure Club, Hack-AI-thon team

Prototyping sprints

See it work before you spend.

How a sprint runs

  1. Pick one problem

One idea and one clear test: what it must do, and how we will know it works.

  2. Build it

A working version on your own material: an app, an internal tool, an agent or a content workflow. Not slides.

  3. Test it with real people

Your team or your customers use it, and we fix the problems they find.

  4. Decide

Keep it, change it or stop. You get the prototype and our notes, or we turn it into a pipeline.

AI production

Pipelines and agents that make your content every day.

What clients say

“MXM not only understands our business and client needs, but also proactively keeps us ahead of the technology curve.”

Questions

What does Make X Media do?

Make X Media (MXM) is a Helsinki company with three services. We run hands-on AI workshops that teach teams to work and create with AI. We build working prototypes of AI ideas in short sprints. And we run AI production: media pipelines and agents for avatars, localisation, content production and tailored workflows, which turn one source asset into every version a brand needs.

What is a prototyping sprint?

A short sprint in which we build a working version of one AI idea — an app, an internal tool, an agent or a content workflow — on your own material, and test it with the people who will use it. Then you decide whether to keep it, change it or stop, before investing more.

What happens in an AI workshop?

Every session is hands-on. It starts with a short grounding in what AI can and cannot do right now, followed by a live demo in which we build assets in front of you. Teams then make their own work on a brand brief with facilitators beside them, and the session closes with a practical conversation about where the methods fit your team, tools and approval process.

How long is a workshop and where does it take place?

Sessions run from half a day to a full day, at your offices or ours in Helsinki. We bring the tools, the accounts, the materials and the extra facilitation.

Who are the workshops for?

Marketing teams with a mixed background — creative, social, advertising, sponsorship, martech and strategy. Mixed skill levels are normal and the sessions are designed for them. You choose the focus: agents and orchestrators, content creation, or reusable skills and tools.

What is an AI media pipeline?

A repeatable production setup that turns one source asset into every version your channels, markets and audiences need, with people in charge of quality. Typical building blocks are avatars, localisation of video, audio and copy, content production planned around a shoot, and workflows tailored to your own processes.

Will AI replace our creative team?

No. Our approach is created by humans, supercharged by AI. People decide what is made and what is good enough; the pipeline removes repetitive production work so the same investment produces more usable assets.

How do we get started, and what does it cost?

We do not publish a fixed price because scope varies: audience size, focus, preparation, materials and how much extra facilitation a session needs. Email leandro@makexmedia.fi with what you want your team or content to achieve and we will reply with a proposal, or tell you if we are not the right fit.
